I have used cracked repairs at least half a dozen times now. Every time, they’re quick on the phone, quick on the turnaround, and it’s got to be said because in the real world - things do happen - I came away with an unresponsive screen this last time around. They honoured their guarantee with no quibbles - sorted the very next day, which is the sort of low risk service every customer wants to know they’re getting when they have to choose who to go with. Great service will definitely use again.Phone had water damage and screen was black unresponsive and unusable. They quickly identified that it appeared the damage was isolated to just the screen and gave a price for a new one which was less than I expected. As it was a Friday they said they weren't sure if the part would arrive the next day or not so left their test screen on it so we could use the phone in the meantime which made the world of difference to our weekend and also let us make sure that the phone was working normally. First time using these guys and will make a point of going back there after this great service.
Highly recommend Cracked Repairs. I had a heavily cracked IPad Mini 5 and once parts had arrived, they were able to replace the screen same day and to a fantastic standard. This wasn’t made easy by some dented edges, but they still managed to fit the screen and I’m very happy with the result. Quality customer service and competitive pricing. Cheers!

I can not thank them enough. I run a small self-employed business myself and rely a great deal on my laptop and mobile phone. I can trust them with my important work tools. What they can do is done well, at a good price. If it can not be done they don't waste my time, I am told straight away. They have kept my laptop for a while to sort out problems, any new things that need replacing , I am consulted first. My father-in-law recommended them to me and my brother-in-law uses them too. We have had iPad mini screen replacement and 3 separate iPhone screen replacements as well as a new iPhone battery replacement.We honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always been given a prompt service with fantastic aftercare (one screen became unresponsive within days of fitting, new screen fitted without any quibbles, cracked repairs suggested a replacement straight away)I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review👍🏻
I took my phone into the shop because it kept switching off, within a couple of hours I received a call saying it was repaired already. My phone is now working perfectly again & I’m so happy especially as it was a fraction of the cost I would have paid at Apple store. Thank you so much.

I went here after my phone insurance quoted me £140 for a new screen. Cracked repairs sorted my phone out within 20 mins for half the price - so I wasn’t without my phone for too long! Quick, good prices and friendly - what more do you need. Highly recommend
I have been to this company on a few occasions now. What I appreciate most is that they really investigate why the device has gone wrong and let you know if it can be fixed and you're given a price. If they can't fix they don't charge I also know that they sell refurbished items at a reasonable price also with 12 warranty. Better than Apple!?!?! Who charged me £220 for battery and screen with only 3 months warranty.My whole family now know about this company and use all the time and will continue to do so.
